THE BRIEFING:
This is a 3-day, 2-night wilderness backpacking loop in Big South Fork Wilderness in Tennessee. We’ll travel about 18 miles total, starting at the Middle Creek Trailhead which is about 4 hours from Huntsville.
We’ll hike in a clockwise loop, travelling east to the Twin Arches, then looping back west to our trailhead. We’ll be camping at a different camp and water source each night.
